About FragDNA
Somewhere between a $500 bottle and a $15 one there is usually a version worth buying. FragDNA exists to find it.
What it does
Search any fragrance and see what shares its DNA — the cheaper alternatives, what each costs, and where to buy them. Thousands of pairings across more than a thousand fragrances.
How it pays for itself
Affiliate commission on some retailer links. It does not change your price and it does not change the rankings — the disclosure sets out exactly how.
What we will not do
- Invent ratings, prices, perfumers or products.
- Sell a ranking position.
- Manufacture urgency — no countdowns, no "only 2 left".
- Show the original's photograph on an alternative, which would imply they look alike when they do not.
Where we hold no photograph, we say so rather than substituting one.

If you are a retailer, a fragrance house, or you have something else in mind, write to marco@fragdna.com. Two things worth knowing before you do: ranking is not for sale, and anything paid for is labelled Sponsored. Everything else is negotiable.
