How it moves
The first breath is birch, galbanum, mastic and chamomile, and it is loud about it. Then the heart turns up — incense, magnolia and musk — and the whole thing slows down. By evening it is leather, oud and guaiac wood, and it is better for it.

Giuseppe Imprezzabile composed it in 2024, for Astrophil & Stella in Italy. Dedicated to Caravaggio, In Extremis was composed for Astrophil & Stella by Giuseppe Imprezzabile, the perfumer better known under his own house name Meo Fusciuni.
