How it moves
Up top: saffron. Enjoy them; they will not stay. Leather, tobacco and cacao powder are where it actually lives. What is left hours later is castoreum, amber, musk and oud, and that is the part people follow you for.
Who made it
Ashek Zubayer composed it in 2023, for Byermia in Australia. Byermia is a tiny Australian artisanal house run by Ashek Zubayer, who works with vintage oud oils and natural attars in micro-batches. Agrani, meaning 'the pioneer', is its animalic signature.
