It starts on star anise. It ends, hours later, on labdanum. Chopard Or de Calambac is everything that happens in between.

How it moves

The first breath is star anise and pink pepper, and it is loud about it. Then the heart turns up — hazelnut, cacao, tonka bean, juniper and cinnamon — and the whole thing slows down. It dries down to laotian oud, vetiver, agarwood oud, cypress, guaiac wood and labdanum, close to the skin and hard to forget.
