Heat Wave
Daniela Andrier put bergamot at the front of Prada Heat Wave and built everything else to hold it there.
How it moves
The first breath is bergamot, ginger and pink pepper, and it is loud about it. Then the heart turns up — incense, iris and saffron — and the whole thing slows down. It dries down to amber, sandalwood, musk and benzoin, close to the skin and hard to forget.
Who made it
Daniela Andrier composed it in 2015, for Prada in Italy. One of the 2015 Prada Olfactories, built around a hot, resinous spice accord.
