It used to take years for a fragrance to be copied: it had to become a classic first. Not any more. Of the launches from 2025 and 2026 in our catalogue, 74 already have at least one twin — 10 of them from this year alone.

Why it happens

Three things changed. The houses that make twins work fast and release often. Social video means a launch can be famous within weeks, so the demand for a cheaper way in arrives almost at once. And a modern launch is often built around one loud, recognisable accord, which is easier to reproduce than a complex classic. The result: if a fragrance goes viral, its twin is rarely far behind.
