Majestic Amber

How it moves

It arrives on orris root, saffron, nutmeg, pink pepper and violet — bright, immediate, gone before you have decided about it. By the half hour it has become amberwood, ambergris, orange blossom, cashmere wood, fir resin and tuberose. It dries down to leather, ambroxan, dry wood, benzoin, vanilla, oakmoss, papyrus and cedar, close to the skin and hard to forget.
