Bat
Fruit cut open in a cold kitchen, then banana. Zoologist Bat has a sense of occasion.
How it moves
It arrives on damp earth and banana — bright, immediate, gone before you have decided about it. Fig, mineral notes and soil tincture are where it actually lives. It dries down to vetiver, musk and myrrh, close to the skin and hard to forget.
Who made it
Ellen Covey composed it in 2015, for Zoologist in Canada. Victor Wong commissioned Ellen Covey to render a bat cave, complete with damp earth, mineral notes and fruit.
