It starts on bergamot. It ends, hours later, on amber. Zoologist Civet is everything that happens in between.
How it moves
The first breath is bergamot and aldehydes, and it is loud about it. The middle belongs to jasmine, ylang-ylang and civet accord. It dries down to musk, sandalwood and amber, close to the skin and hard to forget.
Who made it
Shelley Waddington composed it in 2016, for Zoologist in Canada. Waddington's homage to mid-century animalic perfumery, recreating civet without any animal-derived material.
