Endymion
Penhaligon's Endymion has been doing this since 2003, and nobody has done mandarin better since.

How it moves
It arrives on mandarin, sage and lavender — bright, immediate, gone before you have decided about it. By the half hour it has become coffee, nutmeg and cardamom. It dries down to vanilla, leather, vetiver and incense, close to the skin and hard to forget.
Who made it
Alberto Morillas composed it in 2003, for Penhaligon's in United Kingdom. Named for the shepherd of Greek myth granted eternal sleep, this Alberto Morillas composition pairs coffee and sage with vanilla and leather. A modern Penhaligon's classic.
