Much Ado About the Duke
It starts on nutmeg. It ends, hours later, on olibanum. Penhaligon's Much Ado About the Duke is everything that happens in between.

How it moves
The first breath is nutmeg, black pepper and elemi, and it is loud about it. Then the heart turns up — cypress, geranium and clary sage — and the whole thing slows down. By evening it is leather, vetiver, amber and olibanum, and it is better for it.
Who made it
Christian Provenzano composed it in 2017, for Penhaligon's in United Kingdom. The Duke of the Portraits family tree, a spiced woody built on nutmeg, cypress and leather. Positioned as Lord George's more austere relative.
