Paris – Édimbourg
Olivier Polge put juniper berries at the front of Chanel Paris – Édimbourg and built everything else to hold it there.

How it moves
The first breath is juniper berries, bergamot and pink pepper, and it is loud about it. The middle belongs to iris, vetiver and geranium. By evening it is cedar, musk, amber and patchouli, and it is better for it.
Who made it
Olivier Polge composed it in 2021, for Chanel in France. A 2021 addition to Les Eaux de Chanel, referencing the Scottish tweeds Coco Chanel adopted into her tailoring.
