Rien
Since 2006, Etat Libre d'Orange Rien has been quietly ruining people for everything else.

How it moves
Up top: aldehydes, incense and pink pepper. Enjoy them; they will not stay. Leather, rose and cistus are where it actually lives. It dries down to oakmoss, amber, patchouli and musk, close to the skin and hard to forget.
What wearers say
4 out of 5 across 2,300 ratings — well loved, and not quietly.
Who made it
Antoine Lie composed it in 2006, for Etat Libre d'Orange in France. One of the launch fragrances of Etienne de Swardt's provocateur house, Rien is a black leather-incense chypre that has outlasted the label's shock-value reputation.
