How it moves
It arrives on aldehydes, champagne and bergamot — bright, immediate, gone before you have decided about it. The middle belongs to peony, rose and iris. Last to go: musk, amber, sandalwood and vanilla.
Who made it
Antoine Maisondieu composed it in 2006, for Etat Libre d'Orange in France. A champagne-and-peony aldehydic floral from the founding collection, cast as the archetypal blonde bombshell. Retro in structure and knowingly so.
