Labdanum 18
Labdanum, orange blossom, castoreum — read like that it sounds simple. Le Labo Labdanum 18 is not.

How it moves
Labdanum and orange blossom hit first, the way an opening line should. Underneath, castoreum and civet settle in and take over. The base is vanilla, Tonka Bean, musk and amber. That is the bit on your scarf the next morning.
Who made it
Frank Voelkl composed it in 2006, for Le Labo in United States. Le Labo's animalic amber, built on labdanum, castoreum and musk for a deliberately skin-like, faintly barnyard warmth.
