Ylang 49
It starts on ylang-ylang. It ends, hours later, on oakmoss. Le Labo Ylang 49 is everything that happens in between.

How it moves
The first breath is ylang-ylang, gardenia and narcissus, and it is loud about it. Then the heart turns up — jasmine and orris — and the whole thing slows down. By evening it is patchouli, vetiver, sandalwood and oakmoss, and it is better for it.
Who made it
Frank Voelkl composed it in 2012, for Le Labo in United States. Frank Voelkl's chypre-leaning white floral for Le Labo, widely read as a modern homage to the great 1970s powerhouse florals.
