How it moves

Red camellia accord, bergamot and blackcurrant hit first, the way an opening line should. Then the heart turns up — rose, jasmine and geranium — and the whole thing slows down. It dries down to musk, cedar and amber, close to the skin and hard to forget.

Who made it

Olivier Polge composed it in 2022, for Chanel in France. Part of Chanel's 2022 N°1 de Chanel line, a sustainability-focused collection built around red camellia extract.
