Gentleman
Paul Léger put cinnamon at the front of Givenchy Gentleman and built everything else to hold it there.

How it moves
You meet cinnamon, bergamot, lemon and tarragon at the door. By the half hour it has become patchouli, honey, rose, iris and jasmine. The base is patchouli, leather, civet, oakmoss and vetiver. That is the bit on your scarf the next morning.
Who made it
Paul Léger composed it in 1974, for Givenchy in France. Paul Leger's original Gentleman is a dense patchouli-honey chypre and one of the definitive masculine scents of the 1970s.
