How it moves
It arrives on lavender, bergamot and mandarin orange — bright, immediate, gone before you have decided about it. By the half hour it has become jasmine, iris and coumarin. It dries down to vanilla, sandalwood, Tonka Bean and praline, close to the skin and hard to forget.
Who made it
Thierry Wasser composed it in 2017, for Guerlain in France. Fronted by Angelina Jolie, Mon Guerlain built a lavender-vanilla accord around Carla lavender from Provence and Tahitensis vanilla, and became the house's biggest modern feminine.
