How it moves
You meet bergamot, saffron and pink pepper at the door. Oud, rose and patchouli are where it actually lives. The base is oud, sandalwood, amber and musk. That is the bit on your scarf the next morning.
Who made it
Thierry Wasser composed it in 2017, for Guerlain in France. Part of Les Absolus d'Orient, presenting oud in a comparatively clean, rose-inflected reading rather than the barnyard style.
