Batucada
L'Artisan Parfumeur Batucada begins with lime and mint, and does not apologise for either.

How it moves
It arrives on lime, mint and bergamot — bright, immediate, gone before you have decided about it. Coconut, sea salt and rum are where it actually lives. The base is vetiver, patchouli, Tonka Bean and musk. That is the bit on your scarf the next morning.
Who made it
Elisabeth Maier composed it in 2011, for L'Artisan Parfumeur in France. A Brazilian carnival fragrance built on lime, mint and vetiver with a salty coconut drydown, evoking a caipirinha on the sand. One of the house's most summery releases.
