Séville à l'Aube
Bertrand Duchaufour put petitgrain at the front of L'Artisan Parfumeur Séville à l'Aube and built everything else to hold it there.

How it moves
The first breath is petitgrain, orange blossom and pink pepper, and it is loud about it. Then the heart turns up — orange blossom, jasmine, lavender and incense — and the whole thing slows down. What is left hours later is beeswax, benzoin, luiseiri lavender and musk, and that is the part people follow you for.
Who made it
Bertrand Duchaufour composed it in 2012, for L'Artisan Parfumeur in France. Built from a memory recounted by writer Denyse Beaulieu of a night under an orange tree during Seville's Holy Week, blending orange blossom with incense and beeswax. Her book The Perfume Lover documents its creation.
